FalParts runs two commercial paths over one catalogue. Workshops and shops raise parts requests against trade accounts; retail customers shop through a conventional storefront with cart and coupons. A loyalty points scheme rewards workshop purchases, and payment and shipping are automated through gateway integrations, with SMS verification on the account side.
